Forver ago I made a post about how dissapointed I was about not being able to get a Star Trek glass from Burger King. So, when my Mom comes home this afternoon with this , I am totally pleased. Back in June, it was announced that Battlestar Galactica  was nominated for a whole heap of Emmy awards. This is what they were in the running for. Today were the official nominations, and to no ones real surprise, none of the actors got onto the ballot. I wish people acknowledged Science Fiction shows a whole lot more then they do. My tweets weren't delivered yesterday, which has happened before, but it always seems to happen on a day that I do a lot of tweeting. GRR! Oh well. One of the things I did tweet about was the Battlestar Galactica toaster. Too easy to answer, won't bother. However, since Battlestar is mentioned, I will say that BSG is one of the most, if not the most amazing Sci-Fi show on televison ever. This time next week, I'll be turning 24. Hooray? YIKES! My birthday is next week, and although I've got a few lovely things planned to do, I'm a little afraid. I'm home again. Just got back to Phoenix a little bit ago, and I'm lonely. Was lonely sitting in the airport actually. But I had such a wonderful trip! It was a nice break away from things. But like the title says, my Spring Break was FULL of awesome!

According to Scifi Wire, two nerd-tastic movies, are in the works to be remade, The first is 'The Neverending Story'. Read the article here.
